When we shot this editorial I was not particularly feeling myself. With each take I was getting in my head about how I looked. Women as a whole are being constantly measured and judged by a general perception of attractiveness. As I eased into the shoot, I reminded myself that general perception aside, what one feeds themselves is the only thing that matters. In my mind, "I am enough" began to play like a slow melody. Within seconds my entire energy shifted. Being a woman is not about aesthetics, it is an attitude. Women are strong, vulnerable and overwhelmingly powerful all at once. It is this dichotomy of who we are that makes us truly remarkable creatures.
