Colombian fashion journalist, Nina Garcia is truly a force to be reckon with. Having spent 13 years working with Elle and eventually becoming Editor-at-Large for the magazine, she managed to pen 4 books, become a Project Runway judge and if that weren't enough to keep your head from spinning, her new gig just recently became Creative Director of Marie Claire. When asked how she manages it all she simply says: "I just work longer hours. Here's the thing: I love what I do for the magazine and I love what I do on television. When you do the things that you love, it's not bad. It's about being very organized."
