A very happy birthday to the woman whom inspires and nourishes my soul like no other. I love you so much, mama bear. I asked my mother what were the top 3 things that life has invaluably taught her. This is what she responded:

1. Graduating from life is known to us as death. 
2. You must bring a sense of responsibility and duty to every meaningful relationship you hold. 
3. You cannot base your happiness on anyone or anything. Happiness is contingent on your own will to be happy.
